 Identify order exceptions, disruptions and supply chain constraints impacting supply chain execution and model future inventory plans against supplier capability.

 Process Excellence on warehouse re-balancing by Inter-warehouse transfer that would avoid the product movement to aged Inventory.

 Provide regular forecasts to vendors, taking into account sales History, recent item trend, seasonality, promotional plans, and future store planning.

 Initiated Cost Workshop to Identify the Opportunities in streamlining the Pickup Hub Cost - Output Approx. 3 Crore Cost Saving Per year, Brought down per shipment cost from Rs.15/- to Rs.11/-.

 Root Cause Analysis has been done on Customer Dispute Escalation & Leadership & Effective Problem Reduced the same by 50%.
