As an HR professional, I would love to define myself as someone who is always on the run to find talented professionals. I have always enjoyed working into Talent Acquisition and believe in working closely to bridge the gap between leadership and the candidates.

It is an intrinsic passion to build a network of talented professionals and assisting them in bagging the right opportunity, keeping in mind the exact needs and requirement of the organization.

After 6+ years of working as an In-house recruiter and working across various industries, I absolutely enjoy my work and believe in taking up every vacancy/ position to fill as a challenge!
