I bring over a decade of experience in IT and banking sectors, currently serving as IT - Principal Development - Assistant Vice President at Axis Bank since May 2024. Previously, I held roles including IT - Tech Manager Development - Senior Manager and Business System Analyst positions at Axis Bank, where I led Agile transformation initiatives, managed the software development lifecycle in banking, and ensured regulatory compliance. Prior to Axis Bank, I worked as a Senior PHP Web Developer at Viztar International Pvt.

Ltd., leading teams in delivering projects such as LMS portals and e-commerce websites. My career also includes roles at Advantus Corporate Infoserve Pvt Ltd and Jaro Education Ltd, where I developed and implemented web projects and provided IT support. I hold certifications in Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), Linux Server Management, Agile Software Development, and DevOps practices, complementing my Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Mumbai University.

I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai University in 2012. This foundational education equipped me with comprehensive knowledge in IT, laying the groundwork for my subsequent career in software development and management roles.This has provided a solid academic foundation, complemented by practical experience in IT project management, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices within the banking and financial services sector.
