I am a Qualtrics Implementation Consultant at ALA Consulting Group, a leading partner for Qualtrics providing Advisory and Implementation on Employee, Customer experience solutions. I have a master's degree in business administration from Amrita School of Business, where I specialised in marketing and operations. I also have a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering from University of Kerala.
I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a strong background in logical reasoning, problem solving, and survey programming.
As a Qualtrics Consultant, I help enterprise clients design, implement, and optimize their customer feedback and employee engagement programs using the Qualtrics platform. I work with clients across various industries and geographies, and deliver high-quality projects that meet their business objectives and expectations.
