Jitendra is SVP internal audit / CAE of Delhivery Ltd with 21+ years of experience in Internal Audit, SOX, Data analytics, SAP, Risk Management, IT General Controls and Cybersecurity. Jitendra is a rank holder Chartered Accountant, IIMA alumnus, Company Secretary & Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Jitendra has worked in diversified industries like IT, ITES, BPO, Agri-products, Plastics, Sugar, Cement, Chemicals, FMCG / CPG, Tyres, Lubricants and Logistics.
Jitendra has setup high performing in-house audit team (~14 members), implemented tool, charter and policies & procedures in Delhivery's internal audit. Jitendra is reporting to Audit Committee Chairman and administrative reporting to MD & CEO. Jitendra has been providing relevant insights with high value impacts to management. His contribution has been well recognised by Management, Audit Committee Chairman and Board Chairman.
Jitendra was heading internal audit of Valvoline Inc's Global Products (outside of North America) i.e. EMEA (Europe, Middle east and Africa) and Asia Pacific (including India, China, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia). He was reporting to Global chief audit executive.
Apart from Onsite Internal Audit of international geographies, he was also responsible to manage SOX control testing (including ITGC and Application Controls) performed based out of GCC in India for all geographies including corporate headquarter. He has setup new audit teams and sox testing team.
He has been instrumental in development of governance frameworks (Anti-bribery, Risk Management, regulatory compliance, Whistle blower, Business Continuity & Internal Financial Controls) and improving the control environment of the entities he worked for.Jitendra has presented the reports to the various boards and audit committee including JV boards, Valvoline’s Corporate Audit Committee, HCL’s Audit committee and Delhivery's Audit Committee.
He has imparted trainings and participated in panel discussions on Internal audit, Data Analytics, SAP at IIA, ICAI, UBS, Transformance & CAE CenterJitendra has been recognised by ICAI and PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry for his active contributions in the filed of Internal Audit, Governance, Risk & Compliance
