Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage all verticals in company like loan, credit card, investment, insurance, fast tag, DTH connection, gift card, credit score, credit repair, Rupay prepaid card and more
Generate business for company from different verticals as mentioned with strategic sales planning
Identifying strong and reliable team members
Resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
Responsible for the business of team by doing joint calls with them.
Actively involved in Promotional activity for enhancing the business.
Involved in training of product and to motivate the team members
Build and enhance the company's brand image of the company across India.
Handling a big team and doing recruitment and training of newly joined team members.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.
Formulating daily/weekly/monthly/ annual sales plans, pursuing their implementation in a given time frame with adherence to sales management process.
Driving sales efforts for the attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue and achieve business excellence in the assigned territories.
