• Verification of machine drawings and BOM to ensure required electrical materials and components are available for assembly.
• Preparation and follow-up of material requirements based on machine drawings, BOM and production requirements.
• Creation of Material Reservation and Purchase Requests in the SAP system as per production and machine requirements.
• Daily Production Order hour booking in SAP and monitoring of actual production hours.

• Preparation and submission of ECR (Engineering Change Request) and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) against drawings, technical requirements and identified deviations.
• Coordination with Engineering, Stores, Purchase, Quality and Production departments for material and technical requirements.
• Implementation of electrical circuit diagrams and wiring layouts during machine assembly.
• Panel wiring, machine wiring assembly, and installation of electrical components, sensors and transducers.
• Supervision of panel mounting locations and wiring installation activities.
• Production scheduling, resource allocation, manpower planning and daily production monitoring.
• Rejection control, quality assurance and 5S implementation on the shop floor.
• Training of new joiners on safety, product knowledge and standard procedures.
