• Fusion bonded epoxy FBE internal lining of process piping spools,vessels and pig launcher/receiver.
• High build polyurethane HBP lining for external surface of underground spools and pipeline field joints.
• Liquid phenolic epoxy LPE lining for internal surface of piping spools,tank,vessels.
• Hot dip galvanizing HDG application for piping spools, gratings, monkey ladders, handrails and other structural items.

I have worked with KOC pipeline project(Dia 36”34”30”& 24” From Mina Abdullah Refinery to Al-Zour Refinery NRP-122KM) and handled pipeline field joints coating,Remote manifold sub-station,Lowering etc.

• Carried out Heat shrink sleeve HSS coating for pipeline field weld joints and repair area.
• Carried out High build polyurethane HBP coating for u/g pipeline field weld joints. 
• Carried out Liquid Phenolic Epoxy LPE lining for internal surface of process piping spools for remote manifold. 
• Carried out Hot dip galvanizing HDG coating for piping spools and structural items for remote manifold sub-station. 
• Carried out Acrylic polyurethane PU application for piping spools,vessels & structures for remote manifold sub-station.

• Internal Fiber Glass lining for new installation of storage tanks(Oil Storage Tanks, Fire Water Tanks, Disposal Water Tank, Waste Water Treatment Tank, Drain Intercept Tank and various) 
• Glass Flake Lining GFL application for tanks internal shell. 
• High Build Epoxy HBE lining for tank bottom plates (soil side).
• Liquid Phenolic Epoxy LPE lining for tank internal roof,shell,process spools and internal structures.
• Pipeline Dia-10”JetA1 Airport to Jafnain Terminal (26 Kilometer)

Project-3 : Bulk Liquid Storage Facility BLSF at Port of Salalah Oman

I have worked and handled storage tanks internal and external activities ( piping spools,tank roof structures.

• New installation of storage tanks(Jet fuel Storage Tanks,Fire Water Tank,Disposal Water Tank,Drain Intercept Tank) 
• Pipeline Dia 18”,24” installation from GSS to BLSF terminal.
• Liquid Phenolic Epoxy LPE lining for tank internal roof,shell,process spools and internal structures.
• Hot Dip Galvanizing HDG coating for handrailing,gratings and ladders.
• Acrylic PU coating for tank external surface,piping spools & structures.
• Three layer Polyethelene 3LPE coating application on pipeline field joints and repair for factory coating damage.
