Interface planning, tracking, cutting, and analyzing of various quality parameters of the products using the Sulphur Analyzer System.
To have all the critical parameters under vigil and take necessary steps in case of abnormal conditions.
Monitoring of SCADA systems for the smooth working of different parameters related to Power, Pressure, Temperature, Density & Flow, etc.
Pipeline Operation using PLC as well as SCADA.
Experienced in flow meters’ configuration, Maintenance of MOVs & Actuator also.
Maintenance and calibration of the control valves.
Maintenance of field equipment like Basket Filters, Pumps, Scrapper receivers, Valves, etc.
Calibration maintenance of all process-related instruments like pressure gauge, and temperature gauge.
Handling PIG Launching & Receiving activities.
Actively handled work permit system as per OISD-105, and implemented Hot Work, Cold Work, Height work, and Electrical work.
Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of the plant, personnel, and production processes.
Maintaining the ROU for the protection of the pipeline.
Implementing planning of TT & TWG at TT gantry.
Handling complete TANK TRUCK GANTRY & TWG operation
Responsible for review and release of daily operation loss/ gain report of TTG.
