To verify the Flange face are clean and bolts are lubricatedbefore box up
Witness the De spading activityfor flange face inspection and Bolt torquing/Tensioning inspection as per flange tightening protocol.
Verify the flange jointassembly prior to bolt tightening. Witness the Hydro test shell&Tube sides etc.
Post hydro Dewatering and drying using compressed air. Postcleaning inspection and box up.
Capture client feedback and monitor resulting improvement actions Co-ordination with thirdparty inspection and audits.
