RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update the devs about the progress in testing for quicker bug fixes.
- Verifying the bug fixes by regression and updating them to the related team.
- Creation of test plans and suites for actively ongoing events.
- Work with the customer service team to resolve customer reports in a fast manner.
ROLES
- Work daily on staging, developer, and production builds.
- Sync with the devs, art team, and QA to ensure perfect quality.
- Perform required tasks on a timely basis from various divisions of the game.
- Set up the required environment for testing according to the requirement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating the testing process status directly to the clients.
- Creating test plans for the features of the game.
- Finding edge case scenarios for the assurance of a quality release of the product
- Preparing daily/weekly reports both to clients and reporting authorities.
- Accountable to validate and approve bugs the team members found and help them write quality bugs.
- Training freshers to meet project requirements.
- Assigning work to the team members when being the POC of multiple projects.
- Working on testing and analytic tools and learning new ones.
- Documentation of all the progress and requirements.
- Attending Spec Review, Test Plan Review, Art and Animation Calls, Onboardings of designs and features, Prioritization calls, Sprint planning and Retrospective discussions.
ROLES
- Handling projects of a variety of genres starting from match 3 puzzles, game board and strategy, simulation based games and enhanced my knowledge in the world of console testing as well.
- POC for a project managing a team of 15 testers.
- Creating and reviewing test plans and creating room for adding edge case scenarios to all features.
- Conversion of design documents of updated release reports from technical terms to user-friendly test plans.
- Hands-on experience in long-term and pilot projects right from the alpha stage to the fully built stage.
- Primary POC between offshore developers and onshore QA team.
- Supporting other products of the organization at the need of the hour
