- Planning and coordinating production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Attending the Weekly Progress Meetings both Internal as well as with Client and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
- Developing operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
- Providing training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Performing engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages
- Staying current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes.
- Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.
- Developing best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Ensuring all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently,
- Increasing speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
- Educating the employees on proper methods in which to operate machinery. Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problem
- Investigating problems analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
