Experienced store keeper with and having good control over activities related to both the Store Department & Warehouse, knowledgeable in SAP Software & WMS (Warehouse Management System Software.). Initiates Materials Requests coming from various departments and timely follow-up purchase orders from various Suppliers, in order to ensure that there is always adequate stock in the Store. Conducts actual physical stock inventory.
Materials Receiving & Issuing , Physical Stock Checking once a month , Data Entry , Stock reconciliation , Stock Replenishment , Re-order Level , Removing defective or Expired items form Shelves , Unloading Goods , Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items; Responsible for store keeping, documentation & record keeping. inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping ,To ensure goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO). ,Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis. Input production data according to purchase order in computerized inventory system. Participate in physical inventories by counting stocks.
