Managing complete soft service operations including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and office maintenance.
Handling housekeeping machinery and equipment maintenance such as scrubber, vacuum cleaner, jet machine, and polishing machine.
Discussing with site/line manager for unscheduled activity planning/scheduling
Carrying out PPM as per schedule, updating equipment history cards.
Conducting periodic training to ground staffs and ensure their site knowledge.
Co-ordinating with project team and site lead for uplifting the site aesthetic.
Following up with the vendors as per work order and material management.
Coordinating with vendors for housekeeping materials, pest control services, and maintenance support.
Supervising Front Office and Helpdesk operations.
Ensuring safety procedures and workplace cleanliness standards are properly followed.
Maintaining security coordination and monitoring daily site activities.
Handling inward and outward material records and stock monitoring.
Verifying and processing all invoices related to housekeeping and consumables.
Handling client communication and resolving complaints or service-related issues.
Monitoring housekeeping consumables and stationery stock with timely replenishment.
Monitoring waste management and sanitation activities within the premises.
Supporting audit compliance and maintaining SOP standards.
