I am an experienced Business Analyst who is mainly into HRMS applications. Had experience in developing core HCM modules, and currently working as the product owner for few modules in one of the major product in our organization.

I closely work with clients, developers, QA and UI/UX team. I act as the POC for the above mentioned roles.

I do have experience in requirement gathering, discovery sessions, requirement elicitation, checking the requirement feasibility, clarifying the queries, taking demos and documentation too.

So far I am having experience in preparing BRS,BRD,FDD, User manuals, Workflow diagrams using Visio.

Also I have played the role of a scrum master in two projects.
