Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring that they are in accordance with US GAAP
Design, implement and maintain accounting and financial reporting controls, ensuring compliance with SOX 404

Transitions Experience in transitioning processes from western locations to a shared service center, and in harmonizing processes
