Wrote the spec for in-app chat between customers and salon partners, defining message types, content restrictions, moderation and admin oversight, and retention windows across booking states (confirmed, completed, cancelled, rescheduled) to balance user trust and safety against business constraints.
Designed the partner onboarding and activation journey; account setup, storefront verification, trial activation, and gating logic; cutting partner time-to-first-onboard from 10 to 2 days.
Driving pre-launch traction through a waitlist and partner acquisition strategy: 80+ waitlist signups and 12 partner LOIs ahead of launch.

Identified a high-friction manual documentation workflow and scoped the automation opportunity, defining what to automate vs. leave manual to hit an estimated 92% reduction in documentation time without sacrificing accuracy.
Partnered directly with manufacturing stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria, weighing accuracy, consistency, and scalability against real production constraints; then translated those into an agentic pipeline (LangChain, Azure AI Speech, LLMs) that transcribes video, extracts process steps, and generates structured docs.
Made build-vs-buy and scope calls for the ingestion pipeline across BOMs, video, and images, prioritizing pilot production lines where documentation lag was most costly.
