Managing a portfolio of Microsoft Power Platform, AI , UiPath & Intelligent Document Processing (DU) customers under Data & Analytics Service Line (SL) with responsibilities of annual revenue of $2+ Million
Leading multiple engagements with 100+ members including Project Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters, BA, Governance members, Developer and Testers to ensure project run smoothly and on Time.
Performing End-to-End implementation life cycle Management for RPA projects entailing Technical Feasibility, Identification, Implementation, Adoption, Realization, Solution Design, Client Interaction, Transitions, Delivery Governance, Client Management Production Support Management, and reporting, Transition and BAU, SLA, etc
Act as the escalation point for critical technical issues, working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve them.

Handling Hiring and coaching, Project creation, Revenue Forecast, Timesheet & Billing.
Determining how best to allocate resources across multiple projects or initiatives based on availablefunding and personnel. Dynamic Leader capableof Leading, Training& Development technically skilled team members engaged in client-based projects while support all aspects of RPA implementation and other consulting projects.
