I am a Sr. Project Manager with 28 years of extensive experience, including 18+ years in the Middle East with high end projects in Senior Project Management roles . I have been focused on executing diverse construction projects such as Commercial, Residential, High-rise buildings(50+ floors), Hospitals , Hotels ,Educational Institutions themed traditional Arabic souq(Souq al Baraha- Bahrain) and mixed-use developments.
My expertise includes Design co-ordination, pre construction engagements, resolving technical challenges, effective Client/Engineer coordination, proficient contract and commercial management, skillful risk management, strict HSE implementation, contract administration, Resource planning /recruiting and team setting , strategic planning, conflict management and project closure. My track record highlights the successful delivery of numerous high-value projects for prominent developers in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Bahrain , India and ongoing projects at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
As a Certified PMP professional, I possess robust Project Management skills with expertise with Main Contractor and with prominent PM organizations like HAJ Bahrain, Synergy (now Colliers India) encompassing the pre and post-contract phases of construction (from concept design to project handing over).
Please note that ,my Current contract will be over by 6th June 2025, and the notice period is 60days subject to other conditions in contract
