• Executing and supervising ship repair and offshore marine projects within dry-dock and afloat conditions.
• Handling marine pipeline jobs onboard vessels, including fabrication, installation, modification, alignment, hydro-testing, flushing, and commissioning of: Fuel oil systems, Ballast & bilge lines, Firefighting pipelines, Hydraulic and cooling water systems, Compressed air systems
• Coordinating with class surveyors and complying with international marine standards (ABS / DNV / IRS requirements).
• Preparing method statements, work schedules, manpower planning, and material coordination aligned with strict dry-dock deadlines.
• Conducting onboard inspections to identify bottlenecks and ensure quality control in welding, fit-up, and pressure testing.
• Managing subcontractors, welders, fabricators, and technicians to ensure productivity and safe execution.
• Monitoring safety compliance as per marine and offshore yard regulations.
• Ensuring timely project closure, documentation, and successful vessel handover.
