- Raw material and consumable requirement plan for planned and forecast POs in coordination with Marketing departments
- Follow up on import or long lead time consumables to get on time
- Forecasts the consumables requirement for new POs that are yet to receive
- Vendor Follow up and get materials ON time
- Prepares the overall pending PO status report considering, previous day's production, shipment and other operational related issues
- Inventory Control, Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, Logistics Planning, Supplier Relationship Management
- I Will prepares the production plan for the authorized production orders and schedules for each product type based on machine capacity and customer required ETA
- Providing ETD for new POs in coordination with marketing, QAQC and purchase
- Releases Production order for planned POs
- Conducting DPRM (Daily Production review meeting) & DAM (Daily Accountability Meeting)
- Tracks the production targets to achieve and shipment on time
- Weekly reports on customer wise and overall OTD, next week Consumable plan vs available status, three weeks consumable Requirement plan, weekly ETD for all authorized POs
- Prepares customer wise and overall OTD reports, operator performance report, scrap report and conducts Monthly Production Review Meeting (MPRM) on 2nd day of every month or as per management decision to discuss on previous month production performance, corrective actions, current month production plan and set production target for current month for each section
- Daily basis Coordinate with Production manager and complete the Work order as per time line
- Prepares MIS report and circulate on monthly basis on every 1st week

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and deadlines
- Oversee daily production operations and resolve any issues as they may occur
- Motivate, inspire, and supervise production staff to achieve set goals
- Monitor production processes and adjust workflows for maximum efficiency
- Ensure conformance to quality standards, and implement control quality and raw material availability through coordination with procurement
- Analyze production data and report to the upper management
- Ensure safety protocols are implemented and maintained in the production area
- Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
- Take part in cost control and budget planning activities
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service department to adjust production levels in regard to changing demand
- Identify and implement process and cost improvement ideas
- Manage inventory levels and optimize storage practices
- Train new employees and conduct follow-up training of existing personnel
- Regularly review performance and make appraisal of comments for employees in one's team
- Manage the relationship with key suppliers and contractors
- Lead in the implementation of new technologies/production methods
- Develop contingency plans to ensure no production disruption
- Collaborate on staffing needs and workforce planning with human resources
