Apprenticeship for two wheeler production from 2022. Training in paint shop from 2023. Total experience with different roles and responsibilities is 2 years.

• Carrying out morning meet with cell paint shop member to discuss production and quality related points of previous day
• Planning for the Shop level production with group leaders & Paint Shop team
• Manpower handling and planning as per production
• Producing reports of the shop/cell for production and quality with Loss and defect analysis
• Monitor rework area and rejection, and take corrective action as required
• Having Knowledge and skill of pre-treatment Process and parameter checking
• Having Knowledge and skill of Pre-Treatment (Tectalis Coating) process and its trouble shooting
• Paint Shop Paint, Decal, Fuel Tank PIV record
• Paint & Decals monitoring with physical & system balancing
• Petrol tank scrap monitoring
• Check sheet & SOP preparation and monitoring
