• Parsed large-scale compressed nginx logs using lzma streaming and Polars — processing millions of rows in chunks without loading full files into memory
• Applied HDBSCAN + UMAP on 14 engineered traffic features (RPS, error rates, P95/P99 latency) to automatically detect anomaly clusters and assign per-minute outlier scores
• Built a weekly aggregation layer using DuckDB with weighted averages by request count, collapsing minute-level data to hourly summaries for accurate metric computation, developed an interactive Plotly-Dash
• Designed a local MCP server exposing DuckDB tools to Groq LLM (llama-3.3-70b)
• Implemented a semantic cache using ChromaDB and sentence-transformers to skip repeated LLM calls for similar questions
• Added a 30-day cross-session chat archive with keyword-based retrieval that silently injects relevant past Q&A into the LLM prompt for contextually richer answers
