- Preparation of more than 50 Nos. of single and double floor Residential buildings.
- Preparing of layout plans for the approval of the construction.
- Designing 3D elevation and interior designs of the buildings according to the client wish.
- Attending the meeting with clients regarding the project.
- Preparing the CAD models and 2D,3D deliverables according to the project standards and reports for construction management.
- Follow up of the drawing released and recommended for approval to the clients for construction.
- Presentation to the client on monthly basis as per execution (PPT, Drawings, Excels, JPG).
- Geo Mapping of the network drawing for the identification and for the visit of the client.
- Preparing detailed Structural/Mechanical and typical drawings under the guidance of the Experts/Designer of the Project.
