• Prepared daily quality check reports to supervisors and provide monthly quality control analysis
• Perform quality checks and function tests seats to ensure product compliance
• Maintain a report of unacceptable product to be reevaluated and fixed to an acceptable product by the assembly
• Inspect assembly line part-reject bad parts and send the good parts to warehouse for shipment
