• Follow up with the insured for required claim documents
• Send the reminder letter to the insured for required claim documents
• Handling and processing motor insurance claims related to Theft, CPA and own damage (accidents, collisions, etc.)
• Managing and verifying documents related to claims, such as policy paper, FIR copies, repair estimates, and survey reports
