Has experience in developing product concepts, formulation, prototyping, devising protocols, scale up and implementation.

•Overall 5 years of experience and proven success in developing, managing, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams in an offshore-onsite model. Worked extensively with customers, suppliers as well as other external stakeholders for project management as well as troubleshooting.

•Direct project management initiatives from conceptualization through development, implementation and management.

•Assisting business heads in maintaining project schedules, project specifications, meeting summaries.

•Interacting with stakeholders and other business teams for sprint review meetings, taking sign-off, and ensuring product delivery on time.

• Lead the team being a central point of contact, to execute external projects and internal development as per the customer requirements.
• Collaborate with flavourists, sales and marketing team & concerned stakeholders in developing innovative product concepts to address new opportunities.
• To take complete accountability for Project vitality by collaborating with Technical Leads (flavourists, application affiliates), Marketing, Sales, QA/QC, Operations and Account departments with team spirit.
• Handle multiple projects methodically with best suitable resources to maintain customer deadlines and interest in the company.
• Sensory evaluation of flavors and end applications to determine organoleptic characteristics as a part of project conclusion/ sensory panel evaluator.
• Maintain daily record on laboratory work using SAP ERP monitoring system to analyse performance parameters.
• Generate reports for management to demonstrate project performance, budget planning, Sales review etc for functional escalation
