Coming terms of my technical skills, I know programming languages like c, C++, Java,sql/plsql.

I had a year's gap after college due to some family problems; I could not apply for a job and after that, I couldn't go anywhere.

As an HR Executive and Recruiter, I was responsible for resourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals. This involved effective communication with candidates to understand their qualifications and match them with job requirements.

I conducted telephone and personal interviews, where my communication skills were crucial in assessing candidates' suitability for a role. Additionally, I was responsible for preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and job descriptions, which required clear and concise communication. Furthermore, I facilitated training and development programs by coordinating with external trainers and ensuring smooth communication with employees.

I also maintained employee records, prepared various letters, and handled HR administration tasks, all of which required effective communication. Overall, my experience in HR has allowed me to consistently apply and enhance my communication skills in various HR activities.
