• Interacting with Departmental Heads to understand their requirements
• Obtaining Job specification and process of Recruitment
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with relevant teams for technical assessment
• Salary structuring basing on the skill levels
• Verifying of the documents of candidature
• Creating of Master Data
• Scheduling the induction program for new joiners
• Creating Space in Time Office
• Facilitating appraisal process with all the teams (Depts.)
• Interacting with teams, improvising formats and generating reports
• Getting feedback from the employees
• Identification of training needs of the employees
• Ensuring proper handover & takeover of the responsibilities, issuing of clearance form
• Conducting exit interviews
• Looking after the Full & Final settlements through proper maintenance of F & F tracker on a monthly basis and F&F payment & recovery both to be paid & recovered accordingly
• Taking care of the all statutory obligations like PF, Gratuity, ESI, Professional Tax etc.
• Preparation of Annual provisions like Bonus, Gratuity, Earned Leaves
• Basic Knowledge of Payroll Management system (Saral Pay pack version 10.2)
