I am a banking lawyer at OakNorth Bank (London based bank), currently supporting from India, focused on corporate and development lending. In my current role I partner with business and credit to take transactions from term sheet to completion: drafting and negotiating loan and security documents, running CP/CS checklists, coordinating with external counsel, and managing security perfection and redemptions. I enjoy the practical side of getting deals closed cleanly and on time while protecting the bank’s position.

My experience spans bilateral and club deals, amendments and restatements, waivers/consents, releases, and portfolio actions. I work comfortably across stakeholder's borrowers and their solicitors, project monitors, valuers, and internal finance/ops to resolve issues quickly and keep transactions moving. Colleagues rely on me for crisp documentation, clear trackers, and responsive execution on completions.

I am relocating to Dubai as my husband has recently shifted to Dubai and would welcome the opportunity to contribute my documentation and execution skills.
