Total 10 yrs. of IT experience and has been playing the roles of functional Consultant and Business Analyst in the Microsoft technologies and possess a strong functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM.
Good exposure to Dynamics 365 CRM, for modules like Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service and Project Service Automation modules.
As part of the assignments, involved in Requirement Analysis, Test Management, UAT Support, Deployment support, Functional designing of CRM, Handholding & Training along with Demo’s.
Involved in Pre-sales activities such as Solution Preparation/Proposal based on Customers’ Requirements, Product Demos, Estimation along with business development teams. Demonstrated capabilities in project management reporting, identifying risks, resolving day-to-day issues and challenges.
➢ Managing the Dynamics CRM/365 deliveries and customer satisfaction.
➢ Managing multiple roles based on the project requirement.
➢ Client Consulting, RFP’s, Proposal building, Fitment Analysis, Estimations,
Solutioning.
➢ Managed Envisioning, Solution Planning, Implementation, Testing, Go-Live. Complete SDLC.
➢ Co-ordinating with on-shore & Leading Off-shore team.
➢ Managing Off-shore team deliverables.
➢ POC’s for new business.
