- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Updates and maintains general ledgers and journals by reconciling all monthly statements, invoices, vouchers, and relevant documents
- Analyzes all invoices and expense reports in order to accurately debit expenses to correct accounts and cost centers
- Perform asset retirement obligation calculations for Oracle applicable assets
- Performing Amendment for Active Fixed Asset in the usage of life, Value, and Other Details
- Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed
