A qualified and Experienced Engineer, I am currently running my own company Dewsat
Engineering, Manufacturing Food Dehydrators, Freeze Dryers, Heat Pump Water Heaters,
Process Chillers, Chillers, Air Conditioners and Packaged HVAC systems for Hazardous area,
Industrial, commercial and Residential etc. These products are designed to meet international standards such as ASHRAE.
Also we manufacture Analyzer Shelters and Porta-cabins for Hazardous area, Industrial enclosures and Panel for Analyzers. We are the solution Providers for all kind of HVAC &
Refrigeration, Integration of Analyzer Panels and Shelters and Filter presses.
We integrate and supply the Sample Handling Panels, Porta-Cabins and shelters for the processes like CEMS, AAQMS, etc., and for Gas Chromatographs, Analyzers Like FT-NIR, Total
Sulphur etc.,
Due to this COVID Pandemic Situation, I got pushed backward in my financial situation, So now I’m trying to come out from this situation and like to apply for suitable Director position, where all my talents and experiences can be fully utilized.,

Carry out Heat load & Cooling load estimation by Manual method on Spread sheets or
HAP as per the client URS.
Preparation of HVAC and Chiller Data sheet.
Preparation of System, Area Classification & Pressure Zoning layouts.
Design & selection of HVAC and Chiller Equipments like Compressors, Condenser,
Evaporator, Blowers, Filters, Valves, Pumps.
Co-Ordination with Documentation team for DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ.
Preparation detailed Bill of Materials including all Equipments, Filters, Valves, Fans,
Pumps, Ducting & piping accessories with technical specifications for all.
Interaction / Coordination with Clients & Consultants till the design meet the required design standards & it gets approved.
Co-ordinating with various Vendors/Sub Contractors in Fabrication & Erection of
Equipments like Duct, Duct Insulation & Instrumentation etc.
Handing the Approved design to Project Dept for the Execution.
Finally, to prepare as-built Drawings as per site during the Commissioning with all
Required Details.
Designing new Shelter, Scheduling and Executing the Projects as per the schedule without fail.
Sheet metal and frame design for Shelters & Electrical Panel
Designing & planning pipe headers for the analyzer shelters.
Making Bill of Materials for every projects depending upon the capacity.
Making drawing for Shelter & HVAC frame fabrication and tubing.
Planning work schedule to complete the project within the target fixed.
