- DIP- Document income profile- checking all the documents and income critrea to further process- Processing applications at pre and post verification stage Pre CPV processing of applications as per Digital DP guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of CIBIL(DPDs, Overdue, Running Loans/Card etc.).
- We checks field executive remarks( Field executive visit customer's residence, business and mobile telephone verification and online update it ) and takes decisions like as approve( if the all conditions are positive than we approve the case), decline(If the conditions are negative as shifted , Not confirm), and again visit for residant or business or both(If the one time conditions not confirm like address not found than we park again to field executive for again visit).
- Reviwing reject cases as per sales query.
- Handling Sales Query and customer care query and coordination with customer to understand exact query and provide satisfactory response.
- Engament with verification and track completion of all necessary verification/checks related to the credit card application within the required time.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure deliverable to the customer within TAT
