Worked for 11.5MW CPP as Deputy manager, leading the chemistry and environment department and responsible for the chemistry of steam, water cycle and cooling water system, monitoring and controlling, coal quality monitoring, ambient air and stack monitoring as per the consent requirement of the PCB.

• Ensure smooth operation of 30 m3/hr Pre Treatment, DM followed by ultra-filtration
• Responsibility extended to coal management and ash utilization
• Management of coal includes ensuring timely availability of coal in terms of quantity and quality as per the linkage or auctioned quantity
• Regular mines visit to coordinate between the mine officials and transporter

Worked at Aurobindo Pharma, vizianagarm and Indsil power & Energy, Raipur and was responsible for complete operation and maintenance of DM plant; RO plant erection & commissioning, maintaining the parameters of steam, boiler and cooling water cycles of 12MW CPP.

Chemist - NTPC-Talcher Super Thermal Power Project (Adhoc role)

Worked in first unit of 500 MW for acid cleaning and steam blowing activities, carrying out water analysis. Got wide exposure during the commissioning of PT plant and DM plant (3*150 m3/hr) supplied by Driplex India. Deputed to Coal India Mines (Lingaraj open cast) for the joint sampling and analysis of coal from the racks.
