Post production support given for existing system with customer day to day issues. As a consultant doing analysis on each tickets then identifying the root cause of issue. In PROD will check the user information to identify the gap before fixing the issue.

Wherever additional changes required, will fix the solution and will do the functional testing on TEST instance. If the issue is resolved and working as expected then will implement the same in PROD and will give the communication to them by email or call support to get the acknowledgment to close the ticket.

Gathering requirements from client side through onsite team, developing the requirment from the scratch to meet their business requirements includes Core HR, Payroll and Reports. Since it's a new requirement, design phase is going on and handled by onsite team members. As a consultant, started the reports consolidation task, reports field mapping process on core HR and Payroll Reports.

Analysed and differentiated the custom and seeded report which are going to develop for the business requirement. In Payroll, basic testing payroll process executed from employee record creation with bank details and generated the output result for person level, payroll period level. In Payroll, created the manual and HDL element creation as per client requirements to prepare the element entries on employee record.

• As a consultant doing analysis on each tickets, interacting with requestors to get confirmation on issues (Payroll elements, absence plans, approval flow, banking data missing etc isssue solution provided)
• Verifying the issues in dev instance to fix the issue. If there is dependency on user's access issues, data issues, access issues, functionality issues will provide the solution respectively.
• Prepared the new enhancement for the configuration or business functionality changes if there is gap on functionality issue on current production system.
