I worked in Wood Craft Product Ltd at Assam Unit. It is a well known renowned and a leading Plywood factory. I have got vast experience in different section of plywood factory ie. hot press, peeling, drier, block board section, slicer and glue mixing plant.

I looked after entire process operations of different type of thermosetting resins namely Urea formaldehyde, Urea –Paraformaldehyde, Melamine –formaldehyde, Melamine-Ureaformaldehyde and Phenol-formaldehyde (Resol Grade). C.W.R., W.W.R, B.W.R., F/D, and block board are manufactured there. I also involved in quality control department for checking of different type of defects in plywood.

Chemist - Dytron (India) Ltd - Kalyani Works

I worked in Dytron (India) Ltd at Kalyani Works. It is a well known laminate factory. I worked in resin, varnish formulation and treater section. Different type of Phenolic resins mainly resol but Novolak type manufactured in that organization. Besides, I have some basic knowledge regarding Chiller, Air Compressor, Vac Pump, dryer and centrifuge.
