• Cleaning Responsibility of washing filling & sealing and MFG. area with equipments.
• Batch receiving of dispensed materials from RM store as per BMR With Respective documents.
• Product filling, Filling & sealing as well as record with respect batch manufacturing record.
• Update the Logbooks, Status labels & status board on daily basis as per requirements.
• Batch Manufacturing should be start after taking line clearance from QA person.
• Responsible to make essential preparation to organize audit for manufacturing with own plan.
• Weight/volume check & leak test to be performed as per given frequency.
• Responsible for all activity with documents maintaining of related products for mfg. line as per GMP.
• Handling of area monitoring with respective documents.
