Karishma Bhandari

With a background in architecture and interior design across a range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects, I bring practical experience in spatial planning, technical detailing, and inter-disciplinary coordination. My work has often required close collaboration with consultants, site teams, and stakeholders, building a solid foundation in documentation, quality control, and project execution. This experience has naturally led me toward Building Information Modelling (BIM), where these skills find direct application in a more collaborative and data-centric environment.

Having recently completed an intensive, project-based BIM course, I have expanded my expertise in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Bexel Manager. My training focused on parametric family creation, LOD-based modelling, and clash Detection & coordination, Model Auditing and implementing BEP. I am now aiming to transition into a BIM-focused role where I can combine this advanced technical proficiency with my existing experience in design and project delivery.

My goal is to contribute to integrated design workflows and drive more efficient, coordinated construction outcomes.

As part of a comprehensive, multidisciplinary BIM internship, I was a part of multiple real-world projects across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
