In my current role at Publicis Sapient, I have been instrumental in the development, design and strategy of an ecommerce web-application, focusing on enhancing user experience and customer engagement to leading to key business outcomes for driving MoM growth in the average order value.

My analytical mindset and strategic approach led to the reduction of overall process time by 16% in a lightweight workflow manager project. • Worked upon the development, design and strategy bringing into fruition the vision of the product roadmap for an ecommerce web-application rewarding users for spending with tiers following the agile development methodology, Jira
• Defining data models to be adhered to, creating user stories for features on Jira keeping in mind a user persona of a shopper incentivised with rewards via user research mapped to key customer pain points, assisted by the marketing team
