An accomplished MEP Engineer professional with last 07 years of experience in coordination of MEP sector in different projects including hotels/resorts, commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Strong background in HVAC commissioning works.
➢ Primary duties include selection of equipment’s, duct and pipe routing, preparation of drawing (AutoCAD) and specification as per local and international codes.
➢ Ensured that all Mechanical equipment’s & MEP works in the plant were installed in accordance to the engineering standards and codes.
➢ Preparing of submittals for material approval & method statement and get it approval before commencing work.
➢ Estimate the quantity requirement of the equipment, accessories & material required for execute the site.
➢ Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the project director, construction manager for immediate action.
➢ Supervise the production of co-ordination drawings in Mechanical plant room, Transformer room & HT/LT panel rooms to ensure all services are coordinated.
➢ Involved in the procurement process of Mechanical, Plumbing and ELV works.
➢ Prepare project scheduling in conjunction with the project plan and monitor the works completed as per schedule.
➢ Involved in management and technical supervision along with site execution.
➢ Certify the works carried out by contractor in line with established method of measurement and payment terms as described in the contract.
➢ Prepared as built drawings to ensure they are delivered as per contract requirements in terms of quality and time
➢ Monitor /coordinate the testing & commissioning process of Air Compressor, Nitrogen generator, chilled water plant, BMS, STP & WTP
➢ Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering SKR college affiliated to ANNA university Chennai, Tamilnadu, India (2012-2016)
➢ Higher secondary education at MCC Higher Secondary School, Tamilnadu, India (2010)
➢ Professional Diploma in Auto CAD
➢ CADD center certified Revit MEP Professional
