• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of all systems.
• Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 troubleshooting and resolving critical, performance degrade issues.
• Actual hands on experience administering, Configuring and troubleshooting HP and DELL Serves.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience on Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Windows Patch management, DNS/DHCP, File & Print services, AD, VMware ESXi 6.5, 6.7, VMware vCenter 6.5, 6.7,7.0.
• Good experience in OS patching, maintenance and validation using SCCM.
• Pre and Post checks on servers before Auto/Manual patching activity.
• AV/Security patches updates management.
• Software’s/ applications installation (VMware Tools, DXIM, Qualys, etc.)
• Discussing system and server upgrades with customer & internal team.
• Troubleshooting system and server errors (Event Viewer, Logs, etc.).
• Hands on Experience with Service Now and ITIL/ITSM. 
• Experience working on SAN and NAS technology.
• Hands on Experience on Windows Update, Upgradation and Activation.
• Good Knowledge in Capacity Management.
• Hands on experience of Windows Server Maintenance Plan and troubleshooting.
• Raising case with vendor and following up & coordinating with Data Center for fixing the hardware related issues. 
• Monitor Server for CPU utilization, Memory utilization and Disk utilization for performance monitoring.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP to assist troubleshooting.
• Sending Daily health check reports such as Nutanix, Cisco UCS and patching reports.
• Creation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Commissioning and Decommissioning of Physical and Virtual Servers.
• Good understanding of HA and DRS environment.
• Basic Knowledge in Power Shell, VMware, Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge in managing file server/ Distributed file system.
