With over 25 years of extensive seagoing experience, including 9 years in command as a Master Mariner, I bring a strong foundation in shipboard operations, leadership, and maritime safety. Most recently, I have served as a Marine Superintendent overseeing ITM Dubai vessels, where I gained hands-on experience in vessel management, audits, and compliance from a shore-based perspective. I am now looking to leverage both my sea and shore experience in a structured, globally respected environment , where I can contribute meaningfully to fleet performance, safety culture, and operational excellence.
With a solid foundation in maritime operations and a deep understanding of vessel performance, safety compliance, and crew management, I am seeking to transition back into a shore-based leadership role where I can bring value through experience, discipline, and operational insight.
