• Handling specialty chemical/intermediate process operations involving DAP and solvent systems such as MEA (Mono-ethanolamine) and DEA (Di-ethanolamine).
• Operating and monitoring Distillation Column, Reboiler, ATFE (Agitated Thin Film Evaporator), Superheater, Cooler, and vacuum-based process systems.

• Operated and monitored processes through DCS panel ensuring safe & stable operations.
• Worked with Chiller, Compressors, Crystallizer, Centrifuge, and Dryer for product handling.

• Coordinated with field operators for smooth start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting.

Apprentice Engineer – DHDT & HGU Units at Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL, Vadodara Refinery) (2022-01 – 2023-12)

• Diesel Hydrotreating Unit (DHDT): Operated distillation column, reactors, furnaces, reciprocating compressors, recycle gas compressors.
• Hands-on exposure to Recycle Gas Loop operations at ~120 kg/cm² pressure
• Monitored Amine Absorber for H₂S removal and product quality assurance.
• Hydrogen Generation Unit (HGU): Assisted in Steam Methane Reforming (SMR), Pre-Reformer, Shift Converter, Deaerator, and Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA).
