- Completed one month internship in the department of Genetics and Tree Improvement under the guidance of Dr.
Ashok
Kumar (scientist). Gained hands on exposure to genetic improvement and quality enhancement of forest tree species, with a focus on Azadirachta indica (Neem) and Melia dubia.
- Received practical training in molecular biology techniques including DNA isolation, PCR, Gel electrophoresis, and DNA Barcoding for genetic analysis and species identification.
- The internship strengthened my understanding of applied genetics in forestry and enhanced my laboratory and research skills.
