I am an urban-environmental planner and development professional with over 10 years of experience working on diverse urban and development issues across India, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Thailand. My work sits at the intersection of inclusive governance, climate action, gender equality, disaster risk reduction (DRR), and public policy - guided by a strong commitment to social justice, equity, and resilience.
Currently, I contribute to research programs and initiatives at the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Canada, focusing on democracy, climate emergencies, gender-responsive governance, and rights-based approaches to development.
