• Designed and developed ChefBot, an autonomous service robot for indoor restaurant navigation and food delivery to designated tables.
• Built the full software stack on ROS2 Humble with modular nodes for motion control, task scheduling, and LiDAR sensor integration.
• Integrated Gmapping SLAM for real-time map construction and localization; used Nav2 for obstacle avoidance and path planning.
• Simulated the complete restaurant environment in Gazebo prior to hardware deployment; visualized sensor data and nav paths in RViz.
• Successfully demonstrated autonomous food delivery across a simulated 10-table layout with zero collision incidents.
