- Demand forecast & Demand fulfilment: Release PO based on shipping lead time and demand requirement. To keep the inventory at a reasonable level, no to overwhelmed the warehouse, while having sufficient inventory in the event of shipment Delay
- Dyeing & Fabric Planning Production Planning for yarn pre- processing, knitting & Fabric dyeing as per customer Shipment schedule.
- Collaboration With stake holder working with R&D to develop a product that meeting technical requirements & Specification Sample analysis, R&D developments & getting approval from customer.
- Working with Quality on yardage Inspection, FOB's according to the customer standard and specification
- Contract Manufacturer Engagement Responsible for contract manufacturer sourcing in Knitting & dyeing process for additional output and production capacity to meet those urgent shipment due date in optimumprice
- Supplier payment: Process supplier & Job work invoice against dispatch of each order
- Customer Relationship: Liaise with Tommy Hilfiger, Primark, GAP, H&M, Tilburg Sourcing, MGF Clothing for ordering quantity, shipment schedule, and specification requirement
- Compliance & Implementation - We are proud as a company that qualified for GOTS (Global organic system), GRS (Global recycle system), BCI (Better Cotton initiative)
