- Define and set up support model framework following the principles of ITIL. Lead and manage the PLM Operations team. Incident Management, Problem management, Service request Fulfillment and Knowledge Management.

- PLM4IFX is an initiative to perform product management, Document management and Project Management in Windchill which is a single source of truth. This also integrates with other applications like JIRA and other Inbound and Outbound interfaces. The project includes implementation of various modules and features of windchill. PLM Operations provides support to end users and performs request fulfillment globally serving 15k users.

Supports configurations of confidential domains and folders, Secure domain users, HiRel and Memory solution users to manage their documents in secure ways.

End to End Automation was done minimizing the number of clicks for the PLM user.

Retrieval of Parts and its related attributes via API and display them as data in APP. The operations should display one after another for a particular monitor or screen. We also upgraded Thing Worx from 8.1 to 8.3 and PTC Navigate from 1.6.1 to 1.8
