• Gained good knowledge in Remedy Ticketing tool which includes Incident Management, Knowledge management and Change Management.
• Collect Requirement from business to enhance roles/Authorizations or work on new requirement.
• Role Administration: Creation/Derivation and Modification of roles on regular basis and moving the changes via Demands and Change Request Management.
• Expertise in trouble shooting the missing Authorizations using SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRCAE and SUIM.
• Work on Tcode RSECADMIN in BW system(BW security).
• Extract data by using AGR tables.
• Communicate effectively with Functional teams and end users to provide effective and timely solutions to Business.
